How Agents Get Listed

Instead of agents applying to be listed, Top10Lists:

2. Verifies Credentials against state licensing databases
3. Aggregates Reviews from multiple platforms
4. Ranks Based on Data using our multi-factor algorithm

Why No Applications?

Prevents Gaming If agents applied, they could cherry-pick information or misrepresent their performance. Our discovery model uses independent data sources.

Removes Bias An application process might favor agents who are good at marketing over those who are good at their job.

Ensures Freshness We continuously update rankings rather than relying on static application data.
