Mr. Anderson has been an active Real Estate Agent and Investor for ByTig Real Estate since February 2011. Concurrently, he has owned YDOC Investments, LLC, a property investment company, since July 1995. His extensive involvement in the real estate sector encompasses various facets, including leasing, building, and property management. He actively manages rental properties and engages in property acquisition and renovation projects.

Prior to his full-time commitment to real estate, Mr. Anderson served with distinction as a Police Officer for the Columbia Police Department from October 1991. During his 18 years as a full-time officer, he gained diverse experience across all aspects of police work, from patrol to detective duties, working various shifts. He further contributed three years as a reserve officer.

Mr. Anderson is continuously enhancing his professional credentials, currently pursuing his GRI and Buyer's Agent certificates. He holds certifications in the short sale process and consistently completes numerous hours of continuing education. This dedication ensures he possesses the most current knowledge to empower his clients with informed decision-making throughout their real estate transactions.

Ted Anderson resides in Maricopa, AZ, and holds a Real Estate Agent license with HomeSmart Real Estate, serving both Maricopa and Queen Creek, AZ. He values time spent with his family and friends. An enthusiastic golfer, he also enjoys a wide range of outdoor activities, including camping and boating, and follows various sporting events, with a particular fondness for NASCAR. Carl Edwards, from the same town where Mr. Anderson worked for over two decades, is his favorite driver. He is happily married with three children and one grandson, and the family includes two beloved Boxer dogs.
